Most of our wheels have to be re-drilled from a different bolt pattern to the Cruze Gas bolt pattern of 5x105. Depending on what company, the re-drilling process can vary, typical wait for re-drilling is 3-7 business days.
We include free hub rings with every wheel purchase.
There are no returns on any wheel purchases because the wheels are custom re-drilled.

To adjust the aim of the headlight beam, there are two screws in the back of the headlight, turn left or right to adjust the aim.

It depends on where you are located. For parts it will be case by case depending on the vendor it is coming from. Some parts can be shipped same day and others can require a few days to weeks to process depending on inventory.
Delivery details will always be provided in your confirmation email/text. You will receive an email and text message once your order has been shipped and in most cases a tracking number will be provided as well. No tracking number for small stickers.
We use all major carriers. For merchandise it will always be USPS or in rare cases Fedex. For parts, in most cases, it will be UPS or Fedex.

If you have not yet received shipment confirmation and would like to cancel your order, please let us know immediately. If you request to cancel your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. Unfortunately, once it’s on its way you cannot cancel your order. Yes, you will have the pay the customs fee. We have no control over the value of the product the vendor states. You must pay in full to whichever carrier your product was shipped with.

We are a small business still, so with that we cannot afford to give anyone a full sponsorship. In limited cases we will offer a partial sponsorships to Cruze owners we feel can bring us the value and exposure we are seeking out of a partial sponsorship. The Cruze must be already nicely modified, we will not give a partial sponsorship to a Cruze with a very minimal amount of modifications. If you feel your Cruze is to the level we are looking for, then feel to free message us on our Instagram or Facebook page or email email@example.com. Please tell us why you feel you are deserving of a partial sponsorship along with a full list of your current and future modifications and pictures of your Cruze. We will not guarantee that in doing so you will receive a partial sponsorship.
We always aim to make sure you love your part/s, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take you through the process. Every part return is case by case as each vendor has their own policy and procedures.
Once you receive your order, please inspect it immediately. All damage claims must be made prior to wearing. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us at email@example.com. If any items are missing, Cruze Culture will send you the missing items/accessories for free within 30 days from your order date.

Products must be returned to Cruze Culture within 30 days for a credit or exchange from the order date.
If you’re returning through a shipping carrier of your choice, select ground service and insure the item for full value of the merchandise being returned. Send your package to the Cruze Culture PO Box address provided by firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow us 7 business days from return receipt of merchandise to process a return. If the return reason is not valid or not as described, no credit will be issued or applied.
For incorrect shipments, the order will be credited upon return receipt of merchandise and product examination by Cruze Culture. Invoice will not be credited if Cruze Culture does not find the product to be incorrect or if the product is not in new, sell-able condition or damaged in any way. Replacements must be ordered again as a new order.
Products returned due to defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired or replaced, at Cruze Culture’s sole discretion. You are responsible for the shipping charges of any products returned 30 days after the original invoice date.
All returned products that are not defective will only be accepted in new, sellable condition: uninstalled and unused with all original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost of non-defective products being returned to Cruze Culture. Non-defective products will be credited at the original order price less original product shipping charges (free shipping not applicable to returns). Product will not be credited if it is not in new, sell-able condition or damaged in any way; in such cases the product restocking fee may increase up to 100%.
