The factory BPV on the LE2/LTG factory turbocharger is a weak point on some cars. The factory plunger has a lot of small holes in it, which causes boost to leak, resulting in slow spool, and an overall loss of top end boost. The factory valve can also stick, which can sometimes cause a complete loss of boost randomly, and even trigger limp mode.
